Management Approach

Our management approach is simple.  We focus on providing what employees need to be successful both professionally and personally. Our corporate management operates on a lean and efficient use of resources. Multiple layers of marginally responsible, unqualified, and/or unresponsive management are removed, enabling only highly knowledgeable and diversly skilled management team members.  MMAX management only includes personnel who are detailed oriented, communicate, available, and deliver solutions. MMAX management ensures employees are always able to receive timely answers and decisions.

MMAX personnel provide support to customers in a variety of dynamic organizational structures ranging from large multi-functional teams, small focused-energy teams, and single support roles.  Management needs often differ by customer and by person. MMAX implements management support and engagement (technical leadership, mentorship, etc.) on a case-by-case basis to ensure success.

Supporting Customers
MMAX Feedback

MMAX values engagement and solicits feedback from employees through regular informal and formal methods (collaboration sessions, surveys, etc.). MMAX personnel have a wide-array of experience and opinions which are of great value. MMAX utilizes “Special Projects” to create engagement opportunities for employees with a focus on creating or improving MMAX solutions.
